Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 8(1) of the Schedule to the Pneumoconiosis, etc., (Workers’ Compensation) (Northern Ireland) Order 1979 the Department for Social Development has made an Order entitled the Pneumoconiosis, etc., (Workers’ Compensation) (Prescribed Occupations) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007 (S.R. 2007 No. 337).

Copies of the Order may be purchased at an early date from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast BT1 4GD.
