Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that the final meeting of the members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Deloitte & Touche LLP, 19 Bedford Street, BT2, 7EJ, on 9 August 2007 at 10.30 am, for the purpose of having an account laid before the members showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property of the Company has been disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. Proxy forms must be lodged at the offices of Deloitte & Touche LLP, 19 Bedford Street, Belfast, BT2 7EJ, no later than 12 noon on the business day before the meeting.
