The Road Traffic (Fixed Penalty) (Offences) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007

The Department of the Environment has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Road Traffic (Fixed Penalty) (Offences) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007 (S.R. 2007 No. 318)

This Order, which comes into operation on 30th July 2007, amends the Road Traffic (Fixed Penalty) (Offences) Order (Northern Ireland) 1997 by specifying additional offences committed in respect of a road vehicle to be fixed penalty offences.
