the Whole of Government Accounts (Designation of Bodies) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Finance and Personnel in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 15(1) of the Government Resource and Accounts Act (Northern Ireland) 2001 has made an Order entitled the Whole of Government Accounts (Designation of Bodies) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007 [S.R. 2007 No. 260].

The Order was made on 25th April 2007 and will come into operation on 18th May 2007.
