Notice is hereby given that Phoenix Natural Gas Ltd. has applied for an extension to its current conveyance licence to connect the Temple Quarry at 26 Ballycarngannon Road, Lisburn, BT27 6YA to its pipeline system.

We are applying for an extension to the current conveyance licence.

Phoenix Natural Gas Ltd held combined licences for the conveyance and supply of gas in Northern Ireland, which was awarded on 5th September 1996.

Phoenix Supply Ltd was granted a licence for the supply of gas in Northern Ireland on 19th December 2006. This will replace supply within the original Phoenix Natural Gas Ltd combined licences in order to facilitate compliance with the unbundling requirements of the Gas Directive.

At the date of application, Phoenix Natural Gas Ltd has applied for conveyance licences in order to facilitate mutualisation of the transmission business.
