PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF AN APPLICATION MADE UNDER REGULATION 10
OF
THE POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL REGULATIONS (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2003
Notice is hereby given that George Brown has applied to the Chief lnspector for an Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) permit to operate an installation involving the intensive rearing of poultry. The installation is located at 13 Annahavil Road, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone BT71 4BU.
The application contains all particulars as required by the Regulations including a description of any foreseeable significant effects of emissions from the installation on the environment.
A copy of the application is available for public inspection free of charge between the hours of 09.30-12.00 and 14.00-15.30 at Environment and Heritage Service, Klondyke Building, Cromac Avenue, Gasworks Business Park, Lower Ormeau Road, Belfast, BT7 2JA and Cookstown District Council, Council Office, Burn Road, Cookstown, Co. Tyrone, BT80 8DT. In addition, members of the public who wish to obtain a copy of the relevant information contained in the register can do so upon the payment of a reasonable charge to cover the cost of photocopying.
Written representations about the application may be sent to the Chief Inspector of the Industrial Pollution & Radiochemical Inspectorate, Environment & Heritage Service (address as above), within 42 days from the date of this publication. All representations will be placed on the public register unless a representation contains a written request to the contrary. If there is such a request, the register will only include a statement that there has been such a request.
