THE SOCIAL SECURITY CONTRIBUTIONS AND BENEFITS (NORTHERN IRELAND) ACT 1992 AND THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION (NORTHERN IRELAND) ACT 1992

Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 90, 113(1)(a) and 171(1) and (3) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 and sections 135(3) and 165(1) and (4) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 and now vested in it, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Department for Social Development has made a regulation entitled the Social Security Benefits Up-rating Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 (S.R. 2007 No. 155).
