THE DRAFT FOYLE AND CARLINGFORD FISHERIES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 2007

The above draft Order inCouncil, which gives effect to the North/South Co-operation (Implementation Bodies) (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 by providing the Foyle, Carlingford, and Irish Lights Commission with powers to licence and develop aquaculture and to develop inland fisheries in the Foyle and Carlingford Areas, was laid before Parliament on 19th February 2007 by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Deveopment.
