Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 79(1) and 80(1) of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that General Meetings of the above company will be held at the offices of T. J. Murphy & Company, 43 Lockview Road, Belfast, BT9 5FJ at 11.00 a.m. on Monday 26th March 2007 for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s Acts and Dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up for the entire period of the liquidation.

Members wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual members attending in person) lodge their proxies at the office of T. J. Murphy & Company, 43 Lockview Road, Belfast, BT9 5FJ no later than 12.00 noon on Friday 23rd March 2007.
