DRAFT ELECTRICITY (SINGLE WHOLESALE MARKET) (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 2007

The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment gives notice that the draft Electricity (Single Wholesale Market) (Northern Ireland) Order 2007 together with an Explanatory Memorandum were laid before Westminster on 19 February 2007.

The proposed Order will enable the establishment and operation of a single wholesale electricity market in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
