Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 79 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that an Annual General Meeting of the above named company will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 5th March 2007 at the offices of Moore Stephens, 4th Floor, Donegall House, 7 Donegall Square North, Belfast, BT1 5LU for the purpose of having an account laid before the members showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of the Company.
