Notice is hereby given that by special resolution passed on 22nd January 2007, the above-named company was placed in members’ (solvent) voluntary liquidation and Thomas Martin Keenan and John Charles Reid of Deloitte & Touche LLP, 19 Bedford Street, Belfast, BT2 7EJ were apponted Joint Liquidators.

Creditors of the company are requires, on or before 28th February 2007, to send their full names, addresses and particulars of their debts or claims to the undersigned at Deloitte & Touche LLP, 19 Bedford Street, Belfast, BT2 7EJ, the Joint Liquidator of the said company.

If required by notice in writing from the Joint Liquidators, creditors must come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in the said notice or in default thereof may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

This company is solvent and all known creditors will be paid in full
