THE INSOLVENCY REGULATIONS (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1996 (ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS) ORDER 2006

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment in exercise of the powers conferred by the Electronic Communications Act (Northern Ireland) 2001, has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Insolvency Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996 (Electronic Communications) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006.(S.R. 2006 No. 461).

The Order will come into operation on 29 December 2006.
