Draft Electricity Consents (Planning) (Northern Ireland) Order 2006

The Department Of Enterprise, Trade and Investment (DETI) gives notice that a draft Electricity Consents (Planning) (Northern Ireland) Order together with an Explanatory Memorandum were laid at Westminster on 9 October 2006.

The proposed Order amends the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 enabling DETI to grant deemed planning permission and deemed hazardous substances consent on an application for electricity consent made under Articles 39 and 40 of the 1992 Order.
