LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIPS (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2006

Notice is hereby given that in exercise of powers conferred on it by sections 10, 11 and 13 of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act (Northern Ireland) 2002, the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment has made a Statutory Rule entitled, “Limited Liability Partnerships (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006” (S.R. 2006 No. 377).
