Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 92 of The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that the Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company, will be held at the offices of Cavanagh Kelly, 38 Northland Row, Dungannon, Co Tyrone BT71 6AP on 24 October 2006 at 11.30 am and 12 noon respectively for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.

A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor.
