Notice is hereby given that the Department for Social Development in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Development Communities Act 1972, sections 109(1) and 177(2) to (4) of the Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 1993 and Articles 55(2) (h) and (3), 64(2) (a) and 287(3) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 has made Regulations entitled:

The Occupational Pension Schemes (Winding up Procedure Requirement) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 (S.R. 2006 No. 297).
