Steps Road, Magheralin: Stopping-up
The Department for Regional Development gives notice of its proposal to make an Order under Article 68 of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993 the effect of which would be, after the completion of such works as the Department considers necessary for the provision of alternative facilities for road traffic, to stop up to vehicular traffic Steps Road, Magheralin at lines to the front of Nos. 25 and 23 Steps Road.
The road to be stopped-up is delineated on a map, which together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected by any person free of charge at all reasonable hours during the period from 7th June 2006 to 20th July 2006 at the Department’s Roads Service offices, Headquarters, Room 201, Clarence Court, 10–18 Adelaide Street, Belfast BT2 8GB; Southern Division, Marlborough House, Central Way, Craigavon BT64 1AD; and Craigavon Section Office, 18 Carn Industrial Estate, Craigavon BT63 5RH.
Any person may within the said period object to the proposal by written notice to Roads Service Southern Division, Marlborough House at the address above stating the grounds of objection.
