Take Notice that by Deed Poll executed on the 24th day of March 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature in Northern Ireland on the 27th day of April 2006 that Diane Noeleen Galvin c/o Stewarts Solicitors, 3 Regent Street, Newtownards, Co Down, BT23 4AB, single, absolutely and entirely renounced, relinquished and abandoned the use of her former surname of McKillion and assumed, adopted and determined to take and use the surname of Galvin in substitution for her former surname of McKillion.
