Department of Agriculture and Rural Development

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes (Set-aside) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006.

The Regulations were made on 26th April 2006 and will come into operation on 15th May 2006. Copies of the Statutory Rule, S.R. 2005 No. 200 are available from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast BT1 4GD.
