Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 80 of The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, will be held at, 14 Regents Wood, Malone Road, Belfast BT9 5RW on 30 May 2006 at 12 noon for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.

A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member. Proxies must be lodged at the offices of Liz McKeown & Co, Wellington Park Business Centre, 3 Wellington Park, Belfast, BT9 6DZ, not later than 12 noon on the 29 May 2006.
