Notice is hereby given that the Department of Finance and Personnel, in exercise of its powers under section 263 of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 has made the following Order – The Civil Partnership Act 2004 (Commencement No. 4) (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 (S.I. 2006 No. 928 (C. 25)) – which brings into force on 6th April 2006 provisions of the Act relating to the Pension Protection Fund. This is the final Commencement Order in relation to the operation of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 in Northern Ireland.
