Notice is hereby given that the Department for Social Development in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 30DD(1)(c), 89(1), (1A), and (2) and 171(1), (3) and (4) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 and Articles 6(1)(b) and 36(1) and (2) of the Jobseekers (Northern Ireland) Order 1995, and now vested in it, has made Regulations entitled:

The Social Security (PPF Payments and FAS Payments) (Consequential Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 (S.R. 2006 No. 184)
