Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 22nd February 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 29th March 2006, Amanda Phyllis Crothers, of 4 Glenkeen Avenue, Jordanstown, divorced, a Commonwealth citizen abandoned the surname of Hawthorne and assumed the surname of Crothers.
