Department of Agriculture and Rural Development

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 2, 3 and 4(1) of the Plant Health Act (Northern Ireland) 1967, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Plant Health (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006.

The Order was made on 29 March 2006 and will come into operation on 1 May 2006. Copies of the Statutory Rule, S.R. 2006 No. 165 are available from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast BT1 4GD.
