NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 10(4) OF THE ELECTRICITY (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1992

The Northern Ireland Authority for Energy Regulation (hereafter referred to as “the Authority”) pursuant to Article 10(4) of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 as amended by the Energy (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 hereby gives notice as follows:

(1)	The Authority proposes to grant a generation licence to Wolf Bog Wind Farm Limited.
(2)	The Authority considers that Wolf Bog Wind Farm Limited is a credible generator; and that the grant of the licence would promote diversity in the generation of electricity;
(3)	Representations or objections with respect to the proposed licence may be made on or before 30 April 2006 to the Authority at the Office for the Regulation of Electricity and Gas, Queens House, 14 Queen Street, Belfast, BT1 6ER.
