Notice is hereby given that the Department for Social Development, in exercise of powers conferred by sections 97C(2), 109(1)(d) and 177(2) to (4) of the Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 1993, Articles 35(3) and (4), 40(2), 47(5) and (6), 49(1), (2), (4) and (9)(b), 85(1), 86(1), 89(5) and 166(1) to (3) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 1995, and now vested in it, and Articles 236(1) and 237(1) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005, has made Regulations entitled:

The Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 (S.R. 2006 No. 141).
