Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 92 of The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that the Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company, will be held at the offices of Kavanagh Fennell, 14 Pembroke Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Ireland on 04 April 2006 at 2:30 pm and 3:00 pm respectively,

The meetings are called pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidators showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidators.

A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor.

Proxies to be used at the meeting should be lodged at the offices of Kavanagh Fennell, 14 Pembroke Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Ireland, no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the meetings.
