The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 and section 56(1), (2) and (3) of the Finance Act 1973 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, made on 10th March 2006-

The Animal and Animal Products (Import and Export) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006

The Regulations will come into operation on 1st April 2006.
