Department of Agriculture and Rural Development

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 2, 3 and 4(1) of the Plant Health Act (Northern Ireland) 1967, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Plant Health Order (Northern Ireland) 2006.

The Order was made on 6 March 2006 and will come into operation on 31 March 2006. Copies of the Statutory Rule, S.R. 2006 No. 82 are available from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast BT1 4GD.
