Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred by section 130A of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992, and now vested in it, the Department for Social Development has made a regulation entitled the Social Security Pensions (Low Earnings Threshold) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006. (S.R. 2006 No.71).
