THE INSOLVENCY (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1989

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 361(2) and (3) of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, has made a Statutory Rule entitled the Insolvency (Deposits) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 (S.R. 2006 No. 55).

This Order comes into operation on 27 March 2006.
