Notice is hereby given that the Department for Social Development, in exercise of powers conferred by Articles 2(5)(a) and (6), 7(5)(a), 236(1) and (2), 237(1), 238(2) and (4) and 287(1) and (3) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005, has made Regulations entitled:

The Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Consultation by Employers) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 (S.R. 2006 No. 48 ).
