The Rt. Hon. Peter Hain MP, Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, in pursuance of the powers conferred on him by the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971, has signed an Order appointing Wednesday 12 July 2006 as a Bank and Public Holiday in Northern Ireland.
