NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF INTENTION TO DECLARE

A FIRST AND FINAL DIVIDEND

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 297 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that I, Gerald Robert Edgar, Trustee of the above Bankrupt’s estate intend to declare and distribute a First and Final dividend to both Preferential and Non Preferential Creditors within four months from 21st December 2005.

Any creditors who have not proved their debt in the bankruptcy must prove by 20th January 2006 otherwise their claim will be excluded from the dividend Claims should he sent to Gerald Robert Edgar, of Edgar & Co., 11 Chlorine Gardens, Belfast, BT9 5DJ, the Trustee of the said bankrupt.
