HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1978

The Health and Safety (Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R. 2005 No. 523)

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment in exercise of the powers conferred on it by the European Communities Act 1972 and the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 1978, has made Regulations entitled “The Health and Safety (Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005” (S.R. 2005 No. 523).

The Regulations revoke and re-enact the current Health and Safety (Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004 (S.R. 2004 No. 410), which came into operation on 1 December 2004.

The Regulations come into operation on 16 January 2006.
