Abandonment Orders

Notice is hereby given that the Department for Regional Development by virtue of the powers conferred on it by the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993 –

made the following Order on 16 November 2005 entitled

The Cascum Road, A1 Banbridge Bypass and Newry Road, Banbridge, (Abandonment and Stopping-Up) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R. 2005 No. 508);

The Order will come into operation on 30th December 2005.
