The List Of Waste (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005

The Department of the Environment has made a Statutory Rule entitled The List of Waste (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R.2005 No.462). The Rule, which is made under powers conferred by Section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972, amends the existing List of Waste Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005. The Regulations come into operation on 14 November 2005.
