STATUTORY RULE OF NORTHERN IRELAND

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure, under the powers conferred on it by sections 15 (1) and 19 (1) of the Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 1966 (b) has made a Statutory Rule entitled the Eel Fishing (Licence Duties) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005.
