Parking Places For Disabled Persons’ Vehicles

Notice is given that the Department for Regional Development made on 11 October 2005 an Order entitled The Parking Places on Roads (Disabled Persons’ Vehicles) (Amendment No. 7) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R. 2005 No. 448) which will come into operation on 7 November 2005. The effect of the Order is to authorise as parking places the parking places in Belfast, Donaghadee, Irvinestown, Killyleagh, Londonderry, Maghera (Co. Londonderry), Newtownards, Portaferry and Randalstown specified in Schedule 1 and the removal of the parking places in Belfast specified in Schedule 2.

All parking places referred to are for the use of disabled persons’ vehicles only.
