At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above named company, duly convened, and held at Belfast Mills, Percy Street, Belfast, BT13 2HW on 28 September 2005 the subjoined Special Resolution was/were duly passed, viz:

That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Thomas Merchant Burton and Colin Peter Dempster, of Ernst & Young, Bedford House, 16 Bedford Street, Belfast, BT2 7DT, chartered accountants and licensed insolvency practitioners be and are hereby appointed liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.
