THE PENSIONS (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 2005

Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 193(1), (2)(a) to (j) and (l) and 287(2) and (3) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Department for Social Development has made a regulation entitled the Pension Protection Fund (Investigation by PPF Ombudsman of Complaints of Maladministration) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R. 2005 No.343).
