NOTICE is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 16 June, 2005, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature in Northern Ireland on 28 June, 2005 Sharon Wood of 153 Rubane Road, Kircubbin, Newtownards, person having parental responsibility, on behalf of Catherine Mary Wood, a child and a commonwealth citizen abandoned the surname of Gibson and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Wood.
