Notice is hereby given by a Deed Poll dated the 12th day of October 2004 and enrolled In the Supreme Court of Judicature on the 15th day of December 2004 that Rosemary Olive Catherine Rudden as a person of 21 years and upwards, single and a British Citizen abandoned the surname of Boyle and assumed in lieu thereof a surname of Rudden.
