Parking Place For Disabled Persons’ Vehicles: Cookstown

Notice is given that the Department for Regional Development made on 7 April 2005 an Order entitled The Parking Places on Roads (Disabled Persons’ Vehicles) (Amendment No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005 (SR. 2005 No. 208), which will come into operation on 28 April 2005. The effect of the Order is to further amend Schedule 1 (Unlimited Waiting) to the Parking Places on Roads (Disabled Persons’ Vehicles) Order (Northern Ireland) 2002 by the addition of a parking place in front of No. 26 James Street, Cookstown.

The parking place referred to is for the use of disabled persons’ vehicles only.
