The Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005

Notice is hereby given that the Department for Social Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 2(5)(a) and 287(2) and (3) of, and paragraphs 4(4), 6(4), 9(4), 13(4), 16(3)(b), 18(4), 20(4) and (7), 23, 24(1), (2) and (6), 25(1), 26(9) and (10), 28(6) and (7), 31(2)(a) and (3) and 33 of Schedule 6 to, the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, has made regulations entitled:

The Pension Protection Fund (Compensation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R. 2005 No. 149)
