The Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005

Notice is hereby given that the Department for Social Development, in exercise of powers conferred by Articles 151(1) and 287(3) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, has made regulations entitled:

The Occupational Pension Schemes (Modification of Pension Protection Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R. 2005 No. 137).
