The Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005

Notice is hereby given that the Department for Social Development, in exercise of powers conferred by paragraph 26(7) of Schedule 6 to the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, has made an order entitled:

The Pension Protection Fund (Pension Compensation Cap) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R. 2005 No. 136).
