Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 22 of Schedule 9 to the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005, and now vested in it, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Department for Social Development has made a regulation entitled the

Social Security (Retirement Pensions etc.) (Transitional Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R. 2005 No. 123).
