Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 5 of the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, and with the approval of the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety has made Regulations entitled:

Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland (General) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005.

These Regulations will come into operation on 1st June 2005.
